Link please/ How to question

I want to know how to make a video game steps 1- 1000000, all you have to do though is give me a link to somewhere because this webpage is alittle hard to find what you want on it. Oh yeah, i'd PREFER it be free but it can cost alittle. I'm not lookin to go commercial though. Just a small hobbie and Maybe i'll study code more later. Who knows....
