Anyone know how to make FVMs?

I looked everywhere, and i couldnt found anything about it...
if anyone can tell me about things like:
-how to make it
-why someone like me wouldnt be able to do it never
-what does it take to make it, [softwares, knowledge emplies in it,etc])
anything, and i mean anything would help greatly...

Plus lots of time (and hard drive space) to edit it. Which means learning an editing suite.

Do you mean FMV?.. Full Motion Video
If yes then all you need is a 3d application like Blender and time to learn how to use it. Blender is free by the way.
