TSPY_Agent virus notification?

Hi all,

Going through installation and Trend keeps telling me that the installer is dropping TSPY_Agent on my computer. I don't doubt the installer, but what is this and why does it trigger Trend off?

    It's usually NASM that triggers it since many evil little programs also use it to compile assembly code.

    Thanks, that's pretty much what I figured. But you can never be to careful with malicious code these days. :)
