Dojo Demo still available?

I wonder if the "TSE Dojo Demo" is still available. I'm working on a personal project - might become a free game or something. I was impressed by the textures and materials of the Dojo demo, so I wonder if there is any way to get that demo now, so I can use the textures and material of it. If anyone can help me, that would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.
