Using Constructor for building in-game

Is there any chance that Garage Games could be persueded to publish an API for constructor so that it could be compiled into a game and used as an in-game construction tool? Something similar to what Second Life includes. Basic primitives move/size/rotate/group and texture? One could do awsome things with a tool like that.
