Tubocharger sounds

I was wondering if anyone knows a place I can get the sound effect of a car tubocharger whistle. If you don't know what I am talking about, here is a link to the type of sound I want.

Every time if find a sound thats a little bit like it, it sounds so low quality. So if someone can make that sound, or know where to go to get it. Pleeeeeeeease let me know.
