Max Crashes when exporting my model. plz HELP

Hey, I'm trying to make a vehicle to replace the buggy in the starter.racing game.
I'm basing my vehicle off of the car from the bravetree carpack.

Now I can export the bravetree car and use it in torque no problems, but for some reason when I export my vehicle, max crashes, and as far as I can see Ive done everything exactly the same, I cannot for the life of me find out why it crashes when it exports.

The only clue I have so far is that previously I had incorrectly named my detail node "detail-1" after fixing it and making it "detail2" max started crashing...

Ive been working on this for hours and I'm at my wits end, can someone please take a look at my file and see if they can find whats wrong!?

Heres my max file
Heres my cfg file
Heres my most recent dump file
Heres a screenshot of my hierarchy

I'm using 3DSM9 and the standard Max2DTS plugin.

Hey man!!!
I am working on Max 7, so probably not gonna be able to open your file, but can you post a screen shot of your hierarchy for us... I might be able to help, coz I pretty much reverse engineered the bravetree car for stuff I am working on....

Thanks for the response, I was getting worried no one would respond.

Here is the screenshot you requested, sorry if its hard to read, I had to get it a high resolution so it would display the full names of my objects.

Well I got it working.

I still have no clue why this one wont work, I assume it has something to do with detail levels.

I went and got the dark industries max2DTS compiled for max 9 and used it to setup my vehicle, gotta say that made it 10 times better.

thanks anyway for whoever read this.

Hey

The first thing that jumps out at me is that you have 5 levels of details specified.... 2/15/40/80/100, yet not a single one of your meshs is labeled with a corresponding level of detail number.... Like your physical car mesh is labeled. Carmesh, not Carmesh2 or Carmesh40 etc etc... are you maybe using the multires system instead?!

Anyway, glad its working for you know!!!

Yea I was supposedly using the multires system, my guess is that I was somehow doing that part of it wrong.
