AI for an ever changing map?

If you're using TGE, then look for the Killer Kork script add-on, download it, read the instructions and then place it into the Torque starter.fps game example. Then start picking through all the scripting to learn what does what. It's very well commented and a good learning tool for AI in Torque.
The only other resource I would suggest is probably off limits to you because you're not a TGE licensee. But again, Killer Kork is a good starting point for independent AI units that work for a variety of game levels.

Jake I would suggest getting the engine, because then you can see much more of the documentation that will help on you way to making a game.
