Gui Skinning Problems.

Hello!
I am having trouble with skinning, mainly with the GuiPopUpMenuCtrl, as well as a few others, such as GuiTabBookCtrl & GuiTabPageCtrl. The controls just don't show a difference, or if they do, it's with solid shades of color, and not similar at all to my skins.
Yet I've gotten some controls to work, like the buttons to work, and the ScrollCtrl, and a few others.
I also followed the book GPGT, and I have version 1.5. I have checked to make sure the path names are correct, and there isn't any errors in the console when I run it. Also cleared the DSOs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
