Forum Decorum warning

This warning is specifically to Luke Zich, but also applies to Jeff L. and Homsar Walker:
Stop egging people on by doing things in the forums (such as bumping posts for no reason), or your posting privileges will be removed.
Homsar--duplicating someone else's behavior that frustrates you is not a good solution. It just makes you look as annoying as they, so please stop it.
If you cannot participate in the forums in a respectful and polite manner, you will be removed. Forum participation is a privilege, not a right.

FINE! I'll stop uselessly bumping up topics, if you tell me the general definition of a "useless bump."

--substantive contribution to a discussion
--completely on point for an original discussion concept (time doesn't matter as long as it's substantive and on point)
There is no reason to answer a question that is weeks, months, or years old.

It's pretty blatant, and I won't play forum lawyer--but here are some points that identify a valid "bump":--substantive contribution to a discussion
--completely on point for an original discussion concept (time doesn't matter as long as it's substantive and on point)
There is no reason to answer a question that is weeks, months, or years old.
