Opensource project

I was thinking would it be possible to create an open source game using Torque X? I ask this, because I would like to know if I release the source code of the game, if I'm releasing anything that is not allowed to be released in "source" format in the EULA.

Just a note, I don't own the pro/source version of Torque X.

Thanks!

PS: If anyone could help me here as well that would be great!

Have you reade the EULA? I've only read the pro one and from my personal interpretation, you could have an open source game so long as you only open sourced YOUR code adn not any TX code (you'd have to include binaries with th code and not actual engine code)

I believe the free binary version of TX states you can redistribute it freely, but you'd have to double check it to be sure.
