My idea

well since this was not written by me but my old Sr. Programmer but since we have lsot contact I want your opion on the plot, by the way the plot is my own idea.

PLOT:
Humanity’s Log

In the year 3210 a massive planet 20 times the size of earth known to humans as Colossus was pulled into the fiery hell of it’s sun’s heart. Just before it was fully pulled into the sun’s atmosphere, it exploded sending fiery fragments across the galaxies.
The pre-consumption detonation of the planet sent a 5 mile high shard of rock at earth landing in the middle of the pacific ocean. This left 2 miles of rock protruding out of the water. After a analysis of the meteor, it was found that is contained a metal hundreds of times stronger than any alloys known to exist. What was even better was that the metal was found in a part of the rock that was part of a large vein.
A special team of the most skilled miners, astronomers, astronauts, and engineers were assembled to form a top secret branch of UESA ( the name given to NASA upon the unification of all nations on earth. United Earth and Space Administration) to form team Fusion. Team Fusion was given all responsibility for all off world technology. This included warfare, medical technologies, transportation and sciences. The first breakthrough in transportation was the Jump Gate technology. The team Fusion scientists were now able to travel vast distances in short amounts of time, the jump-gates were enormous magnetic rings that would slingshot a vessel from one gate to another. Team Fusion then formed a special branch that would be responsible for off world combat and zero-gravity combat. This branch was named the Guardians of Fusion.
Over a period of ten years, the first two Jump-gates were established. This allowed slingshot like travel across distances unimagined before. The intention of team Fusion was to find the fragmented pieces of Colossus and set up drilling and mining stations. Assuming that all life had ceased to exist, they would empty the planets resources and move on.
After setting up a network consisting of nearly fifty jump-gates, they had finally found a fragment that was by far larger than earth. But to the surprise of team Fusion, there somehow seemed to be an atmosphere still on the planet, it was thought that it would have been burned off due to the massive explosion.
Human's being humans needed weaponry in order to explore, weaponry represented safety on a planet away from home. The stratosoldiers as they were named, were send down onto the surface for a single reconnaissance mission. They would take mineral samples as well as atmospheric pressure, gravity, and air samples. They landed with a dropship and the ship left as was regulation. They were each equipped with microphones, mini-cams and infra-red goggles.
The dropship returned 10 hours later to find many dead bodies. Some had been cut completely in two, others had been assaulted by alien weaponry, and many were left as burning ashes. No trace of the responsible party had been left. Out of the 15 soldiers sent down, 14 were identified, one soldier missing and assumed dead, Captain Dulane.
This assault was reported to the UESA and the agenda of Team Fusion was changed. The alien race responsible for this assault had made an assault upon Earth and now Team Fusion is solely responsible for obtaining one objective: Revenge and the Truth.

The Alien Log

Our planet, Colossus was nearing its end. But our people do not give into fate, we are not destined to ride into the heart of the sun. our people have come too far in our struggles to die, we have finally united our causes and ensured world peace. We have made a promise to never take a step of f our home world for any reason. We will not let it die.
We developed a controllable new species that fully obeys us. It is a cell based virus almost although it is beneficial to our cause- it engulfed our world during the remaining 100 years of or planets cycles. We would detonate the planet systematically and the species would protect us from the immense radiation and heat of the sun and detonation. Many of us grew up under it's roof, it lived off of the sun and shared it's energy with the plants of our planet.
We were sent across the galaxies until we were stopped by a planet's gravitational pull. When the virus had burned off, our peoples were alive and it was as if we were living on a miniature Colossus. Where our brethren are, we faintly know.
15 years have passed and we are nearly back to normal, although we are adjusting to the light. Today a vessel of some sort, Earth by the looks of it has stopped to orbit our planet. We will have no alien race upon our planet, we want no disease, we want no war and we want no one but ourselves upon our planet. It is our home, the only one we have.
15 of them landed in the valley, they were near the forest edge so we watched from a distance. They were definitely equipped for war, we sent up two men of our 35 soldiers. They were out of audible range but we saw the humans raise their weapons first, our soldiers motioned for them to leave, they would not. The tension rose and our men were shot first, the humans were confused , and we rushed out to meet them with our force. They were no match. We slaughtered them as a lesson for their intrusion into our home. We took one hostage and left, leaving no signs. Our translator who had studied the humans and their language said he was their leader. He was put under high guard in a facility high in the mountains. His name he says is Captain Dulane. He will not speak.
No one will take us from our home, they will be met with the deadliest of forces.
