Starsiege Source Code

Me and a few guys have been working over a years on a update patch for the old game Starsiege. I have made new weapons, Hercs, Flyers, turrets, jeeps, and many other things for the game. We are soo excited about being able to make new shapes and buildings for the game.

I have been in contact with VU over and over for the last year. I have been begging for the source code for Starsiege. They say they don't have it and if they did they don't support that game anymore. Is the source code lost forever? We still play it everyday. We are hosting the new master server and trying to get more people involved. Someone from VU suggested i try elsewhere for help. So here i am begging again. If you can help in anyway; it would be greatly appreciated.

If VU does not have the source, then I'm not sure where it would be. GG received the source for the Torque Engine and had to remove some proprietary code, but I doubt they have the source (and especially cannot legally redistribute it even if it were on some long-lost hard drive somewhere).
