I am trying to buy TGEA and keep getting this error. "Adress/Zipcode Verification Failed (AVS)" What am i doing wrong? I have called the bank to confirm that the info is correct for my atm/debit/mastercard. Everything is correct so i cant figure out what i am doing wrong. any help would be great thanks.
I do live on the border of two cities. I have a mandeville phone nomber and a covington adress so that may have something to with it? but the bank said it shouldent have anything to do with it as long as the info for the card is right.
I just dont know what i am doing wrong.

what should i do?

I am sitting in my livingroom. I just think it may have something to do with living on the edge of two cities. But it should be based off of my home adress right? I mean i live in covington LA and use that adress but my problem i think is that my phone line goes through mandeville LA and so even though i am at home it may be getting confused with the fact that my adress is covington but my phone line and internet is mandeville.what should i do?

I've bumped this up to our sales support folks, and they should be in contact with you hopefully tomorrow. It's commonly due to exactly what you describe--your IP address is reporting one location, your CC billing address reports another, and that's a common indicator of possible fraud, so the system reports it as a possible indicator.

When i call the contact number on your website to talk to sales i press two to go to sales and then press one to go to comercial sales (didnt hear an option for indie sales) but when i press number one for comercial sales it says "i did not understand your selection" and drops me to the main menu again. Should i be calling another number?

You should now be able to make the purchase. Sorry for the delay on this.
