Textures Displaying corrupted

I just updated my video card driver, and suddenly my textures are displaying corrupted.
At first I saw this is my project, but then I loaded up stock Torque (1.5.2) and saw the same thing.
In my project this was most noticable on the terrain, where the textures are displaying ok on some tiles, and on other tiles seem to be showing random memory or something. In the TGE engine, textures on trees and buildings show up displaying wierd colors and so forth.
My driver was quite a bit out of date, and I updated to the latest. The Video card is an ATI V3100 wih 128 meg of memory. The new driver version is 6.14.10.6654 for the OpenGL.
I know I could just reinstall the older driver, but I am also worried about what is going to happen to our customers.
I would upload a pic, but I am not sure how to do so.
If anyone has any suggestions or ideas I would appreciate hearing them. I am not having trouble with other software as far as I can tell.
