Game help needed in Iraq

Hi all.

I am making a game with some friends here in Iraq to pass the time of our deployment. Although we are doing pretty good for beginners there are some questions and favors we deserately need help with.

1. We have the TGE and the tridiant soldier pack we also have a modmaker weaopns pack but when we load the weapons into the game our character doesnt hold it properly it sits high and too far back sticking through his shoulder, how do we fix that?

2. we have also added objects onto the recon vehicle pack to make it more authentic BUT now we cant get wheels to show up with the vehicle whats up with that?

3. Also we are having alot of problems due to are limited internet and pug-ins and tools resource and was wondering if someone wouldnt mind helping us work on models, if we send them to you can you make them playable .dts for us we have modelling and textures done, its the bounding box and mount points that are hurting us.

4. And lastly we are looking for help/ideas for making our game a reality, we want the GUIs to be alot like the ones in ELITE WARRIORS for anyone who played that or like HIDDEN AND DANGEROUS both very similiar.

Any help on these would be wonderful any help at all. thanks

For your weapons
1. Look in your weapons script (example crossbow.cs)

ShapeBaseImageData(CrossbowImage)

few lines down
mountPoint // this is the node on your model that gets mounted to the player mount point
eyeOffset // this is the camera offset for your view
offset = "1 1 1"; // you can add this line if it's not there in your weapon script, this is your weapon offset (tweak the values)

2 check your wheelmount nodes, also did you rescale it correctly wheels maybe mounted just very tiny, I did that once before. just an idea

What format are the models in? I currently use Blender for all my models so if you have them in Blender or OBJ or even 3ds, I may be able to help.

Send me one object first in 3ds format to pedroruiz3 at hotmail dot com and I'll work on it. I will send you the DTS and blender files. I'll also export it to 3ds and OBJ but I don't know if it will keep the object hierarchy.

Stay safe.
