If you've gone with a different naming set then you'll need to create your own .dsq files and put them in the starter.fps\data\shapes\player folder remembering to alter the player.cs file in that same folder to point at your new files.

It will depend on how the model has been created as to the amount of work needed to replace the animations, if you have named your skeleton nodes the same as the default characters i.e. Bip01 Head, Bip01 Spine, etc then you shouldn't have to do anything. If you've gone with a different naming set then you'll need to create your own .dsq files and put them in the starter.fps\data\shapes\player folder remembering to alter the player.cs file in that same folder to point at your new files.

Well I have tried everything but no luck with this model... I placed the dsq files and player.cs file and everything as it should be and the model still comes out in its pre rig stance. Please help, DL out.

Do you have player.cs in data/shapes in the model folder?
Do you have the correct information in player.cs (data/shapes)?
Do you have player.cs exec in server/scripts/player.cs?
If you answer yes to the questions above than it is most like the model needs correcting. If you would like me to look at your player.cs and model, I will be happy to do it.

Do you have a Ground Transform in the model? I not sure what esle to tell you. I would need details on what you have done or test the model for you. Here some more things to check.Do you have player.cs in data/shapes in the model folder?
