TGB / TXB question

Hi! I am interested in the TGB... and TXB (the Torque X builder).
From what I have read, buy buying a license for one I get the other... is this true?
On the Torque X page, it says: "You also get Torque Game Builder for free with your purchase of Torque X Builder. People who buy Torque Game Builder still get Torque X Builder for free as well.".
Sorry to ask dumb questions but I wanted to make sure before I decide to pick one (or the other) up.
