Looking for a team? MMORPG

By profession i am a network and system administrator. I am a quallified and exsperienced web designer however i am no artist. For years i played games online and at home and even gone into developing a bit.
i have finally made the decision i want to add programer to the list got a load of books licences and halved the bank ballance in the process. I have learned what i hope is the basics at least of torque and C++ and the wife is a graphic designer (not quite 3D yet.....)
I am a business man so i know what it takes to make money and keep it. i have completely designed the concepts and layout for 3 MMORPG's, 1 2d and 2 3d (a few hundred pages written and drawn)
What im looking for is people who can help eachother develop skills and develop games together. MUST be dedicated like minded and team players. I have spare licences and programs etc.. along with skills and determination to bring to the party i exspect them to help as well. i dont want a environment where people are fighting for a say and no dictatorship. I am looking for a small team of 5-7 people (ideal) who as a group do nominated projects one at a time work on it together, develop all aspects together and make money together.
I am open to current groups and teams and i can offer high end online servers (or clusters) with up to 100mb/sec (true) dedicated. I am a very serious programer who has about 10thousand dollars to invest into projects that are worth while and will make money. i myself intend to program and be involved with server end networking and administration.
