New airport sim project, like no other, PROJECT AMS

Hi everyone,
We are working on creating an airport sim, improving on commercial and public attempts. We have seen other projects fail and we are setting up ours so it will succeed. The whole game will be mapped out before work is started. But before we can do that we need to recruit skilled people. Thats why we're posting here, so...
We are looking for anyone who has some skill in any part of game development (programming, graphics, sound, etc...)
