Payment by Mastercard???

I am going to purshase the Torque Game Engine. Right now i cant seem to be able to buy it? The Checkout section wont allow my Mastercard for some odd reason. Does anyone know if Garage Games or such change a transaction fee? Does anyone also know the exact cost in British Pounds of the Torque Game Engine? And last of all, Does anyone know how much it costs to ring the "Purshase by phone line"?

I remember people having trouble using their card if they are in a different geographical location than that of the card address..
maybe a proxy can fix it, I don't know.

I got it working in the end, Although im not exactly sure on the problem... Odd.
