Posted about my problem on my site with an amusing story.

Anyway, how long does it take their support people to respond to an email?
I ordered and paid for the Faust Logic: AFX ComboPack. They instead send me a link for the AFX Core Pack instead.
What they sent me instead is
I mailed in my order along with a check for $74.95. Whoever handles their mail, just entered in the wrong information.
When can I expect this tragic mailroom mishap to be corrected? And how about my suggestions on how to deal with the person responsible? ;)

When you use email, you got to worry about how many other emails the guy officially appointed to that task has to deal with.
When you post on the forum, any of their staff can pick it up and deal with it.
