Error code from "Performing Custom Build Step

Just bought the upgrade and I can't figure ot this error.

Also i did not change nothing in the compiler, just downloaded it and compiled it.

Anyone have any clues ?

I am not the brightest person when it comes to visual studio 2005 so any help would be helpfull.

Also what is this file do nasmw.exe? my virus checker tells me it's spyware but i installed it any ways.
