Voice Actor Free/Cheap

Voice Actors available accepting cheap pay or even free if there are only a few lines.
Below are our voice actors:
We have a 6 year old boy who will be able to do voicing for free - but will work slower (kids are hard to work with)
A 15 year old with some past experience, willing to do long term projects for free or small pay.
