Does Anybody Know Where To Get Downward Spiral?

I saw a cool custom level on a You Tube video called Downward Spiral but can't find a download for it anywhere. Can anybody help me out?

Download CLAV, it has every single level created.

If you like levels in that style, try this! :D

Make sure you put the interior in marble>data>interiors. :) The top time for this levels is 8.62 (with a 20.00 gold time), so see if you can beat that!
