Packaging under TGB 1.1.3 vs TGB 1.5.1

Under the old TGB 1.1.3 packager it appears that some smart parsing was taking place and only the resources that were be used was copied over. You also had the ability to exclude certain file types etc.. Howver in TGB 1.5.1 the packager seems to be doing a straight copy of all resources adding an extra 15-20MB to my actual games since I was using both the images and audio folder to hold some of my source ( .psd and wav,mp3) for images and sound. My question is short of doing manual cleanup is there anyway to filter or limit what file types are being copied when using the packager under TGB 1.5.1?

I agree, a way to choose what filetypes to copy would be great.
