Transparency OK with ShowTool, but in-game...

Well, the title pretty much says it. I made a model of a plant with a .PNG with alpha channel, and when I load it into the ShowTool, it comes out fine. More than fine, great. But then I load it into the game, and it doesn't register any transparency! Is this a problem I caused, or do I need to do something with the materials file, or what? It has me stumped.

I don't have TGEA but a quick search on the forums indicated me that the alpha channels are not the same between TGE and TGEA. You might need to investigate that, I read that the shaders also affect the Alpha channels (which aren't in vanilla TGE, so logically there's a difference there)Hope this helps a bit,

When I used the torque engine everything was fine, but now I am using Torque "advanced" and my alpha channels do not work anymore
Do i need a different exporter in 3dsMax? (now Im using "max2dtsExporter.dle") ??
or is the problem caused by somthing else?
Help...
