Use of Content Included with TGE

Anyone know what restrictions, if any, there are on the content (i.e. textures, models, etc.) included with the TGE? Can I use the included content in my own games?

I believe the Indy licence entitles you to it, but I'll have to check...

I know but there are still restrictions for Indy license holders.
