When you say "Designers," are you looking for actual designs (concept art and so forth,) or are you looking for someone to produce finished graphics (ship models, etc.) for the game?
If you're looking for the latter, are you interested only in renders of 3d-models? I think that's what they were using in the video. If you're willing to consider traditional or hand-drawn sprites for your ships, or if you only need concepts done, I would be happy to provide them... modeling, however, is not my cup of tea.
