Max Exporter material

When I try to export my character for max it says
(Unexpected material type on node).

How do I fix this. I also forgot to mention my character is normal mapped, skinned, and I'm using the Max exporter pro.

I tried using the quick export but it does the same thing

When I do the quick export it says; bone missing from shape. What does this mean?

My character exported finally but he doesn't show up in the game.
Why Not?

Also the crossbow slant to the left and I'm using 3rd person view.
