QAD TriStripper.py

I have all the files in the Dts Python directory except for the "QADTriStripper.py file."
I have downloaded a new zip file, installed it , and still the QADTriStripper.py file is not present.
Thus far, it is the only problem I am having with Blender 2.4.4. I can't understand why it doesn't have the file. It has every other one. Even the new downloads fail to have the file. I have Python 2.5.1
installed, but I also have a previous install of Python 2.4 working on my "QuArk" program. I have deleted all the other Python files from my computer except for the QuArk installation, and the new one running Blender. I had a lot of trouble getting QuArk running right, and it works absolutely fabulous now. I am afraid to uninstall the Python 2.4 that it is working with.
