Differences between products before buy

I am looking into purchasing either TGB or TGE. I would like to know the differences between the two before i buy. My goals are to be multiplayer games of various types from classic card to action FPS to action arcade games. I have looked and been reading on the 2 varriants and have noticed that TGB has collision detection, pixel blast, 2d tool set, and physics engine and that TGE has none of these except a 3d engine and all other options between the 2 are the same. Am I right in assuming that in order to have the various options all in one that I would have to purchase both TGB and TGE ? or is there one that has all of the options? Woud really appreciate the input on this. Thanks

Grab the TGB 30 day trial and the TGE demo... nothing beats a hands on experience of testing out both :)

TGB is 2d only. TGE is 3d but (obiviously) you can do things in 2d too.

As above, try the demo's.
