Importing .X models from thegamecreators.com?

Does anyone know if the models from thegamecreators.com can be used with the Torque Engine? They say they are .X format (Direct X?).

Great information. By "It's nice that they (the Game Creators) recently opened up their licensing to other engines too" do you mean that they didn't allow use of the models in other engines and now they do?

Yes, exactly. Their model packs were originally only licensed for the FPS Creator, but a few months ago (first of the year? Time kind of runs together) they changed it.

I've brought them into Torque in the past, it's a bit of a pipeline (.X into Fragmotion for animation tweaks and any node work, then exported as a Milkshape file (.MS3D) for final export into .DTS format.)
I'm sure someone might have a simpler method, but it's been pretty bullet proof for me. Just remember that you want to do any animation work in Fragmotion since Milkshape will bork the rigging/animation if you ad nodes or move them and such. ( If you have either of these apps, but if you don't you probably should...they're both pretty cheap, less than $30 bucks or so and definitely worth having in your arsenal).
It's nice that they (the Game Creators) recently opened up their licensing to other engines too, I'd been waiting for that for a while.
