Question about which to buy?

I'm sure some of you are sick of threads like this, so I apologize. However I have not seen my question answered or even asked anywhere.
I'm working on getting a hobby group together with the goal of making a game and saleing it. To help in the production of the game we have decided that the Torque engine would work wonderful with the game we are planning. I've been assigned the task to see how much it would cost for us to do so. After reading around I notice the indie and the commercial and their prices. However I would like to purchase it for a group of people that are really indies but at the same time have goals of becoming a company. So my main question is which version should I purchase? Does the indie version allow me to give a copy to the rest of my team or is it just for the lone person? Does the commercial version allow me to give copies to my teammates or again is it for the lone person? Thanks for the help.

However, with a Pro license you can transfer the seat to a different person. So, if you have a company and 5 people who need access to the source, giving them 5 Indie licenses means they keep those license if they are in the names of the developers. If you purchase 5 pro licenses in the name of the company, you can provide them for your developers, fire them, and hold the licenses for 5 new developers.

Each license is a per seat license. So if you have 5 people, you need 5 licenses, regardless of whether it is Indie or Pro.However, with a Pro license you can transfer the seat to a different person.
