How to put fire on my car

#1 I know it sounds retarded. but listwn im making a racing game with the elements and i need a car to be constantly on fire! c'mon you guys suck! just kidding.

#2 Cant you just attach a particle emitter? attack it to what you want to be on fire probably...

I have a question at that point, I am confused ;I am aiming l ıke this: when the car meet wıth road sign,trigger will bring my company webpage on the left side on the wındow. How can I do this? Any help would be pleasure for me....
