TGB & vista

Does anyone have any fps scores for running tgb on vista?
I'm getting 30fps on a 7950gtx 512mb card, core duo 2 2.33ghz, 4gb memory, vista ultimate laptop 9dell xps m1710) and it's running slower than my 2 yr old dell laptop running xp and 6800 gt with 256mb and 1gb memory! That runs at 200+ fps.
If tgb is that bad on vista, I'm heading back to xp!
