Good Evening,
First of all, my native language is not English, so sorry for a few misstakes ;)
I didnt know where this Thread fits better so sorry if it is in the wrong place, you can move it i think ;)

Ehm, i downloaded the free trial of "Torque Game Builder" cause id like to make a game.
So far so good, BUT i startet a new project and there is absolutely NOTHING i saw to add, like characters, enviroment etc.
Where are these things ?
Are they restricted cause its a trial ? - If so, its a bit stupid, if you cant do something in a trial how it could help you to decide if you buy it ?^^
I also downloaded TGEA and it is only a demo of what you can do in the full version - Do i really have to pay 150-XXXX $ before i can test something ? Thats selling strategy is a bit... i dont know how to say...^^

When you create a new project in TGB, it loads up with a completely blank slate. You can select "Project->Resources" to load in resource sets that come as default, or you can bring your own artwork directly into the level builder by copying your images to the "/game/data/images" directory, and then using Project->Image Map Builder to define their material properties.

Your best bet would be to run through the tutorials included in the documentation, which will give you a better feel for how TGB is used.

Also, there are TGB specific forums, which you can subscribe to by clicking on the "Edit Subscriptions" link.
