For the past three years, I have been a student at Lane Community College in the field of computer programming. As well as learning languages, such as C++, C#, Java, and PHP. I have also been a tutor in the CIT (Computer Information Technologies) laboratory for 2 years. In order to do my job well as a tutor, I have had to learn additional skills (networking protocols, windows applications, and additional programming languages) to assist the students in resolving their problems.
In the capstone course for programming, I used C#, along with PHP/MYSQL, to create an application for the cities utility company to organize their research and documentation of rain fall versus evapotranspiration. The company recorded their info into a database and allowed customers access from their website to retrieve and test their own lawns evapotranspiration so they would know how long they needed to water their lawn depending on how much rain fall there had been for that week.
In addition to the many small games I have made in C++, I have started programming a fantasy MMO. I've been working solo on it for about 6 months now and it has a long way to go. However, I think its original and has a lot of promise.
Please contact me at the email address below. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
