Water tile problems...please help me

Hi,

this is my problem, i created an island and i have disabled Terrain tiling, i want to have the water only in the main terrain tale zone... I tried to re-scale the water block to fit my area but is very difficult to center it ! Do you know any fat solution for my problem ?
