Vista crashes TGB help

Our game went through QA with one of the portals. Their QA report came back saying that our game crashes computers running Vista when it tries to return from ALT-TAB and also from CTRL-ALT-DEL. Has anyone else had this problem? The portal we are dealing with will not launch our game until we can fix this. If anyone has a solution to this or any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.

I've been running Vista (Home Premium) with TGB (1.1.3, 1.5 Beta and Torque X) for a few weeks now and everything is running fine.

I get the odd crash while using the editors, but I haven't had any issues while running TGB games.
