Web developer needed (Paid work)

I'm currently in need of a web developer for some not-very-game-related stuff. I'm also posting here because I know there's a good deal of web talent on these boards, and the money will help whatever project you need to fund.
Some of the skills I'm looking for are:
- PHP
- MySQL
- Web 2.0
- Probably Java
- Web art skills
The timeframe will be around 3 months or so, and will involve both design and implementation. If you have the art skills but not the rest, or the coding skills but not the art, we can still work something out.
