Invert Mouse

I know this topic has been touched many a times, but I cannot get the mouse to invert correctly. I've used both of the following references to do so with no luck:

Mouse Controls

I know these references at one time worked, because I was able to get it to work with an old Torque build a few months ago. Anyone able to lend any updates? Thanks a bunch.
