Animation help

I have bone stock anims done for main character for fps.The blends arnt working properly but the move forward works perfectly and fall.all other anims dont do anything need experienced coder with experienc to make these new anims work. will give you money if you can stick through the project and work out this stuff with me.ive done all the models already.just need to empliment them in tgea.
