Toggle Camera not working

I'm not really sure when this started, but when I try to toggle my camera in the editor, nothing happens. I can switch between first and third person views, but I can't go the overhead camera to look around the world. I wish I could give more information here on what might have caused this, but I'm honestly not sure. Has this happened to anyone else?
