3 Theora bugs...2 I've fixed, lost on the 3rd

However, the third is the fact that my video is choppy. The framerate is bad. I've viewed my video in 3 other players and it's fantastic. However, I play my video in TGE and it's very jerky. I've tried at a low quality, and at the highest quality and there doesn't seem to be any difference.
I don't need to pause, unpause, replay, anything...I just need to get it to run through once which should be simple enough, but I get a jumpy video instead.
