resume building

hello all -
I have not yet purchased the TGE, and would like to know if the license agreement will prevent me from noting games that I create, in my resume. After reviewing the license, which had a few passages that worried me, I could not find anything at all wrong with walking up to, say, Nintendo or one of their Licensees (like Rare, etc.), and asking for a job, and using one of the games I had worked on as evidence of previous experience. Any good comments? thank you ,
