Game artists wanted for small art asset project:

I am creating a mythological creatures project for a game. Specifically I would like to create these assets using the following pipeline for the torque game engine.

Concept art -> modeling -> texturing -> rigging -> animation -> exporting game models

The models will then be sold on turbosquid as a mythological creatures pack using a group account, and then the profits will be split among the contributing artists.

I need the following skilled people:

Concept artist
Develop 5 creatures with front, side, threequarter views
centaur - combine human and horse models
griffin -lion and eagle
Pegasus - combine eagle and horse model
Medusa - woman and snake
Cerberus - 3 headed dog

Modeler
I'll be doing the modeling - with a target of 500 polys or less
I'll be doing the basic uv layout

texture artist
I need someone to paint color, specular and bump maps for each creature

Rigger
I need someone skilled in rigging to rig all 5 characters

animator
I need a skilled animator to create 5 animations for each creature

This project is meant to be short and simple with artists helping each other on a collaborative art asset project.
I look forward to working with you on this fun short project.

DM: You should assume that this isn't a paid job, its been my experience that very few models sell well on ts and often when they do, there aren't many buyers. But if we do make money on this, all the better, ts will send payments through paypal or whatever.

Actually I was planning to do the modeling in maya, but max or maya doesn't matter so much to me.

Do you still need concept artists? If so, send an email to bkimmel@charter.net
