UV editor.

Any hope for a better UV editor? Meaning, a 3ds max-style UV editor for Constructor. The current tools are better than QuArK, but still annoying to use... Unless I'm doing something wrong.

select face
apply texture
hit stretch to fit
copy the x scale to clipboard
paste clipboard to MS calculator
divide by 2
copy value to clipboard
copy clipboard to x scale
repeat for y scale
it would be really handy to have x2 and /2 buttons by the scales boxes ......

copy the x scale to clipboard
paste clipboard to MS calculator
divide by 2
copy value to clipboard
copy clipboard to x scale
repeat for y scale

I have been holding off on it until we hit a stable release and my hope is that with the bugfixes going into Constructor 1.0.3 it will be time to do that.

That should be *really* easy for a community member to add once I release the full script source for Constructor.I have been holding off on it until we hit a stable release and my hope is that with the bugfixes going into Constructor 1.0.3 it will be time to do that.

I would LOVE to see a UV layout-type editor too (although I don't think it's possible or realistic), but similar to Maya would be even better. Either way, it would be great to be able to grab UVs and snap/move/scale them in some sort of 2D viewport to get quick and accurate layouts.
