TGB License Problems

Hi,

I already emailed GG more than 1 week ago, probably 2 weeks, already lost the count of days but had no reply, so, gonna try here.
First of all, i bought my TGB license back in the days where it was called Torque2D Early Adopter.
I know want to upgrade it to Commercial license, so i can release the games with my company.
However, i have a problem.
When i try to update my license to TGB Commercial, it complains about :

The following product(s) were removed from your cart because they are Add-On/Upgrades to products you have not yet purchased.
- Torque Game Builder Pro UPGRADE - INDIE License ( requires Torque Game Builder - INDIE License )

What is this ? Torque2D EA licenses where equivelent to Torque Game Builder Pro Indie License, correct ?
So, why can't i upgrade ?

thanks,
Bruno

That Upgrade is an upgrade from TGB Standard to TGB Pro, ie from closed source to source license.

It seems like the shop didn't take the standard - pro approach of TGB into account as there is no indie -> commercial upgrade option you could buy.

I'l make my question more clear :

Torque2D EA licenses where equivelent to Torque Game Builder Pro Indie License, correct ?

So, early adopters can't upgrade to a commercial license ? We need to buy the same product again ?

I'm thinking that it is a website bug. Try calling the sales number on the contact list and letting them know personally.

Yes, Torque2D EA Indie is TGB Pro Indie.
If you click on the product link in your account it will bring up the TGB Pro Indie page as well

Its just that the shop never seemed to be planned for 2 different indie / commercial versions of the same engine, as TGE / TGEA are source only licenses.
