Torque Modeler Needed - Per-Piece Contract

We are currently soliciting for bids to bring our project to the prototype level. We don't have an unlimited budget, but we do have funds for quality artwork. Perhaps it could be yours.
Models must be "Torque ready", complete with custom skeletons and animations. Full model specifications will be presented to those who express interest via email, but there will be a minimum of 3 models for this contract, with 6 additional within the next 9 months.
